All Sales Subject to Review

Each order is reviewed individually. AlphaGen Rx reserves the right to evaluate refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic documentation when contacting support.

Approved Resolutions

Verified issues may be resolved through a replacement shipment or store credit at the discretion of our concierge team. Cash refunds are issued only where required by law.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, customs holds, and other transit events fall outside our direct control and are not guaranteed to be refundable. We will assist in tracing and resolving wherever possible.
